Day 1 - Aqaba to Wadi Rum

The desert landscape of Wadi Rum, also known as the "Valley of the Moon", impresses with its endless sand dunes, jagged rock formations and unique silence. Here you can follow in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia, go on camel or jeep safaris and spend the night under a stunning starry sky in a traditional Bedouin camp.

Day 2 - Wadi Rum to Wadi Musa (Petra)

No trip to Jordan is complete without a visit to Petra. This stunning archaeological site, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is known for its rock-cut structures, the most famous of which is the Treasury (Al-Khazneh), which has been featured in numerous films including Indiana Jones. The Siq, a narrow, mile-long crevice in the rock, leads visitors to this ancient city and offers a striking introduction to the world of the Nabataeans.

Dead Sea

Day 3 - Drive from Wadi Musa to the Dead Sea

Experience weightlessness. Another must-see is the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, known for its extremely salty water, which allows you to float weightlessly. The mineral-rich mud of the Dead Sea has been valued for centuries for its healing properties. Enjoy a swim in these extraordinary waters and let yourself be pampered by the healing powers of nature.

Amman and Jerash

Day 4 - From the Dead Sea to Amman

Amman - Jordan's vibrant capital combines modernity and tradition in a fascinating way. The city offers a mix of historical sites such as the Roman Theater and the Citadel as well as modern shopping centers and lively markets. Amman's culinary scene is another highlight: be sure to try local specialties such as mansaf, a traditional lamb dish, and the sweet baklava.

Day 5. Amman - Jerash: The Pompeii of the East

The Pompeii of the East. One of the best-preserved Roman provincial cities in the world, Jerash is known for its magnificent colonnaded streets, temples and theaters. Often referred to as the "Pompeii of the East," the city offers an impressive insight into life during the Roman Empire. Particularly impressive is the annual Jerash Festival, where music and dance performances bring the ancient setting to life.

Madaba and return to Aqaba

Day 6 - Jerash - Madaba

Madaba and Mount Nebo: Following in the footsteps of the Bible. Madaba, known as the "City of Mosaics", is home to the famous mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land from the 6th century. A short trip takes you to Mount Nebo, from where Moses is said to have seen the Promised Land. From here you have a breathtaking view over the Jordan Valley to the Dead Sea.

Day 6-7. Aqaba

From Madaba it's back to Aqaba on a long drive (depending on your preferences and other stops, you can take the route along the Dead Sea or inland). Due to the travel time, we recommend spending a few days by the sea afterwards. Aqaba, Jordan's only coastal city on the Red Sea, is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation. The coral reefs offer excellent conditions for diving and snorkeling. In addition, the luxurious resorts and relaxed atmosphere invite you to unwind.
